Lifemark® provides an independent Universal Design assurance and review service. The Lifemark® team works with building and design partners on a wide range of projects, from boutique builds to large-scale housing developments.

Our design standards are meticulously developed and updated to ensure they are clear, reliable and achievable, and can be consistently applied to each project using our assessment management system. Reviews are completed at the concept/resource consent stage, again at the building consent/detailed design stage and finally at the construction/code of compliance stage to ensure you achieve the performance outcomes you want. Our team is on hand throughout the process to provide advice, support and solutions as needed.
